Windows 7 Themes has some amazing and good looking themes which will make your computer look graceful, microsoft has a dedicated personalization gallery which has a large collection of windows 7 themes. In order to install any new theme you found at the personalization gallery you can just select to download the theme files by clicking Download button [ as shown in the image below ]
After the theme file has been downloaded, just double click the theme file to install and apply that theme as current theme in windows 7, you can find all the installed theme under My Themes under personalise section in windows 7
